Question: What’s better than seeing a solid rock and roll band that gets your feet moving and your hands in the air? Answer: Seeing that same band having a blast on stage while they do it. While photographing The Gaslight Anthem I couldn’t help but smile. Their chemistry on stage was completely contagious. Constantly motioning to one another and smiling and keeping the communication high. Even though some of their songs might be about tragic happenings or less fortunate situations, the upbeat rock vibe they so effortlessly deliver those songs through transforms the message into something more inspirational.
