During the last city (first night of two) of her Coolest Place in the World Tour, singer Suki Waterhouse put on an incredible show at The Fonda in Los Angeles. This was the end to her first headline tour which she started at the beginning of the year. Soon after her opener, Suki entered the stage to an extremely excited crowd waiting in anticipation for the show to start. She warmed up the crowd with her lively and upbeat song, “Bullshit On the Internet”, a perfect way to begin the night. She continued with a long setlist of fan favorites, including “Moves”, “Neon Signs”, and even included an unreleased song that she had been working on. Later in the show she revealed to the audience that her merch guy was also a talented violinist, who joined her onstage for a special performance of her song, “Valentine”, which was a fun way to set the February mood for the upcoming holiday. Suki was a spectacular performer and had an ethereal stage presence. The way she moved was mystical and entrancing which was paired wonderfully with captivating lights and an amazing band. Her songs were the perfect amount of dreamy and nostalgic which matched perfectly with her smooth and silky voice. Suki ended the show with her “Melrose Meltdown”, which was especially a cool shared moment between her and the audience because it was written about being in Los Angeles. As she left the stage, the youthful and largely female crowd knew they wanted more and began to call her out for an encore. She answered their request and re-entered the stage for three more songs. She finished the encore with her hit song, “Good Looking”, and left the crowd absolutely blown away.
