The evening found pop star Julia Michaels bringing a double encore set to the House of Blues in Chicago. It’s her first headlining tour, out on the road in support of 2019’s Inner Monologue Part 1 album.
It was a high energy, infectious performance and one where Michaels, as usual, was very engaged with the crowd. Whether wading into the House of Blues crowd, embracing fans in the front row or joining her bandmates for a sit down along the front of the stage, it was a performance that oozes with appreciation for her fans.
