The energy felt from Smallpools debut self-titled EP is recreated with even more intensity live. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a band who’d only released 4 tracks, but their movement and passion was in full force at this all ages show where they opened for Twenty One Pilots. I was especially impressed by guitarist Mike Kamerman. He made use of every square inch of the stage while unleashing riff after riff. The bands’ movement transcended into the crowd to more than adequately warm them up for the following act. If you haven’t already, be sure to check these guys out!
